This is true!!
I did a 44 day water & sungazing fast last year and have been on a light - liquid diet ever since. Living in Hawaii, the ocean is quite pure. Swimming in the ocean daily along with sun-gazing & breathhing deeply provides all the energy i need!! We are powerful beings!
