Ingriedients
12oz of cannned drained tuna
2tsps sweet relish
7 oz of cottage cheese (or plain Greek yogurt)
2tbsb of turkey bacon
1/4 cup of chopped celery
1/4 cup of chopped red onion
1 tbsp of lemon juice
Stir it together and you got some low fat, protein packed tuna salad.
