Weight Loss Tea

Stressed about your high weight? Put aside these worries. Start using this weight loss tea and see the results.....

Ingredients:

Apple cider vineger ........... 1 table spoon
Ginger ...........1 tea spoon crushed
Garlic ............ 1 tea spoon crushed
Honey............ 1 table spoon
Cinnamon...... 1/2 tea spoon ground
Green tea........1 tea bag
Mint leaves...... a few
Water ..............1 and 1/4 cup

Preparation:

Take water in a small sause pan and put all the ingredients in it. Bring the water to boil and keep boiling for 3-5 minutes so that you get the extract from all the ingredients. Use with or without straing when the tea is on desirable temperature.

Use 2 times a day morning and evening and watch your weight.

It will melt the fat and clear the blood vessels of heart from any fatty deposits.

I have used it my self and have got the great results.
