Men with Prostate Enlargement has been on the increase following the consumption of hydrogenated, chemically altered fats and fast foods. Enlarged prostate is now common among young male adults under the age of forty (40), therefore it is important and necessary that one should make wise decision and choice that benefits and promote a healthy living.

- Eat food low in fat: Red meat, dairy products, nuts oil, are fatty foods.
Consuming foods with high amount of fat will expose one to prostate cancer as studies have shown. This does not mean that excess fat leads to prostate cancer, but low fat intake has other health benefits such as weight control, prevention of heart disease, diabetes immobility etc caused by obesity. Food varieties with low fat is appropriate to reduce prostate cancer.
- Consume more plant sourced fat than animal sourced: you might consider eating fatty foods from plant such as avocado, cashews, walnut, olive oil, chia seed, walnut etc than animal fatty food such as lard and cream, butter, cheese, poultry, pork etc. consumption of plant sourced fat will reduce the chances of prostate cancer.
- Fruits and vegetables intake: Fruits and vegetables contains lots of vitamins and nutrients and can help prevent prostate cancer. They include broccoli, tomatoes, berries, carrots pomegranate juice, soy. please do yourself a favor by increasing the amount of fruits and vegetables consumed each day.
