One easy way of ensuring sound health is by drinking enough [sufficient] water in empty stomach first thing in the morning. Not only does it clear your stomach, it goes a long way in reducing the risk of a number of diseases.

MY TESTIMONY
Here in Africa, the major sickness we battle with is malaria due to the population of mosquitoes.

Malaria has been one of my greatest challenges since childhood. Others treat malaria once in 3 or 6 months, while I treat mine every month. This continued till 2017 when I came across the importance of this water therapy. Now I can go 3-4 months without taking malaria drugs.
