Milk, bread and navy beans would lengthen our lives to 140 years. A short list of different food diets has been given us to avoid too much confusion.

Do not look up a variety of things to eat. Most vegetables are good to eat except those which you have been forbidden to eat, such as collard greens, black-eyed peas, and a lot of green cabbage sprouts. Eat the white part of cabbage and cauliflower. Stay off those peanuts and others nuts.
Do not eat grifts or coarsely chopped corn. The corn is fit for you only in its milk stage.
Eat to live and not to die. Food keeps us here and takes us away. Eat when you are hungry, if it is not until six or seven days. Keep from eating those sweets that are prepared to hurry you off to your grave.
The above instructions if followed will keep the doctor away from your bedroom and will prolong your life.

I've been eating in an all exclusive hotel in Turkey for 10 days. Now I know why there's no nuts here. I don't only eat once a day but I never eat between meals. I think people that constantly eat all day don't give their digestive system a break

Good to see you are used to eating once per day. I am still working on that part however, I improve in choosing the right type of meal.
