Now I am getting worried ....

My latest Blood Pressure reading after 1 glass of red wine.

From 130/86 down to. 120/71

    May I suggest not to worry. I would be a little worried about your diastolic on the first reading as it may signal prehypertension. The second one is perfect. Never go by one reading. Do multiple readings over a few days.

      I was in the 80's before the red wine now all my diastolic readings are in the 70's

          Seriously though, I wonder if you simply saw the drop due to relaxation (and not some more complex chemistry). If so, figure out the smallest serving that does the trick and cheers.

            Good idea .... I will do the test again tonight and measure the red wine - also take a photo of the wine bottle... cupcake red velvet red wine from California
