Pears are loaded with antioxidants in pears can help with some cancers like colon cancer and rectum,and also breast cancer and prostate and lung cancers plus pears can also help with anemia because of the high content of copper and iron in the pear which helps with fatigue and cognitive function and muscle weakness all that because of the high content of copper and iron ok now the smoothie first this one is very simple and easy to make first we need1 pear cut up then add1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon then add 1banana cut up then add 1tablespoon of raw honey then add 1 cup of almond milk then blend all together and add mkre milk to make really smooth try this very good.
