Well i eat this at least 3times a week oatmeal this stuff is very very good for you oatmeal soaks up the cholesterol in the body so it does not go through blood stream,now the best oatmeal is the old fashion oatmeal not the instant they have to much sugar.Now i also have with my oatmeal is blueberries now there was study that was done back in 2013,that said women who ate blueberries at least 3,servings a week had a 30% lower risk of heart attack,this benefit comes from anthocyanins that may decrease blood pressure.

Any suggestions for someone who despises blueberries? How can I hide them in my food, so I get the benefit without tasting them?
