Well this is a neet trick on the kids hide the veggies works great,first we add 1cup of milk or almond milk,then 1,whole banana cut up,then we add 1tablespoon of honey raw honey is best,or if you want instead of honey add some sugar,now add 1/2cup of vanilla yogurt or again you can use what ever yogurt of your choice.Now you can add veggies like 1,cup of frozen peas and carrots. Blend it all add more milk as needed to thickness right. This is very good for the no veggie kid.
