Ok so Chaga is this mushroom that grows on trees.

You can boil it, and make it into this super nutritional tea...

It looks like giant lumps or tree bark, or maybe some expensive truffles,

but it's technically a mushroom or fungus.

Some of the health benefits of chaga tea include:

Stimulates and regulates the immune system
Nutritional support in the fight against cancer
Reduce inflammation
Anti-aging & Skin care
Ulcers and Gastritis
Supports normal cholesterol levels & Blood pressure

We boiled it just on the stove top and then used a french press to filter out all the floaties.

You can use anything you would use to make loose leaf tea though, it would work the same way. I'm loving this tea with a little bit of honey, or else its a little intense, and look forward to finding more ways to use this super cool nugget of earth :)
