Some people think that they cannot be healthy all their lives. But is that true?
Well, if you are strong enough to do some exercises, or to go to gym you will be in better shape and more handsome (men) or beautiful (women) than to do nothing.
We are usually lazy.
In fact it is easier to stay at home and sleep or watch TV than to move yourself and go out to do something useful for your body.
It is harder than to stay at home and be lazy.
But, it is not good for you.
It is better to move, because it is proven that you are in a good mood if you do some exercises, you are self-satisfied and more in love with yourself if you play some sports or do some exercises.
There are a lot of evidence for that, people in their 60, 70 and even 80 are in good health, no depression and they are full of life.
But you should take care about your diet, and do some exercises. You don't even need to go to the gym, you can do that in your park or at home.
So, don't try to find any more excuses, start to do something for yourself.
You will be happier, healthier and more attractive.
