Eating Habit (good or bad) they say influences the state of ones health.
One of my eating habit, is the love for the nut from the ground specifically called Groundnut which is commonly used as snacks and can be boiled, roasted, fried or crushed into candies (nkate cake, and kuli-kuli produce in Nigeria meanly in the North and South- North).
Most times Nigerians used it in place of Egusi to make a soup called “groundnut soup”, especially when dried and grinded.
This wonder tiny nut also called Peanut is so delicous when eaten alone and also taste good when taken along side with other food, fruits and snack (eg bread). (As for me i enjoy eating groundnut with fruits such as Banana and cucumber).
With the love and habit of consuming groundnut, i was led to carry out some research on it benefits after consumption, and to my surprise i ended up discovery its vital nutritional role and health benefits when consume.
