Today was leg day. I did a mile of running jogging. I did 3x15 jump roping. Leg press 3x15, dead lifts 3x15 romanian dead lift seated leg curl and some lunges lol I did my over 100 reps! Im really liking this challenge !

For future ref for cardio (including jumping rope), 30 mins = 100 reps. 60 mins = 200, etc... 30 min levels need to be crossed to count.

Ok, you're certainly welcome here now.
When I started this early December, I originally thought of the end of March because my baseball season starts up, but if we keep building this up, I'll keep it going foreveeerrr!!! With baseball then, I'll just get more into cardio to not be too tight or sore for the games.
