There is no happiness without health. Every day you exercise your body to keep it healthy and strong. It is the small fee that the requests to serve you better and to combat laziness that hurts so much. Salt to walk daily, albeit 20 minutes, stretch your arms, legs and all over your body. It works your breathing. It takes water, water is life. Try as much as possible of healthy eating, avoids the excesses of fats and nutrients few healthy.
