This is the first blog post I've ever done and truly, I am super excited about the opportunity Steemit is providing and am so grateful for the community behind it! This is such a powerful platform to share your passion and bring people together!

I am a personal trainer with a passion for helping people reclaim the power within! We are in a time of astronomical change and our ability to reshape our lives is the highest its ever been. In today's world, it is becoming more and more relevant to share your stories, interests, and truth! Thus, I am here.

I've dove deep into many areas of interest and its gotten to the point I need to regurgitate some of it and share it with the world!
