BAREFOOTING on the beach

Beautiful sunny Sunday! What else to do when you are 5 minutes away from the beach rather than barefooting! Barefooting, also called earthing, is an ancient holistic practice. It helps increase the antioxidants in the body, improves the sleep, reduces inflammation, helps activate the pineal, pituitary and other glands in the body, and benefits overall health. When we are earthing on the beach the benefits multiply even more. We easily absorb the natural magnesium and other minerals which come from the sea. The Sun becomes our source of vitamin D and lots of vital energy. We simply feel truly alive! Nature is our friend, our true divine source! Infinite gratitude for being on Earth! 💛💛💛
