Healing Cancer With Nutrition: Important Steps (Part 2)

in health •  5 years ago

Join a support group of others following the same method. This is extremely important. These cures are not rapid. Family and friends will probably not understand. Some may be very upset with your "irresponsible choice". Without the support group, it is very easy to give up before your body has had enough time to correct the problem. It took two months before Aunt Jane's tumor collapsed and disappeared. She also attended dinner lectures once a week, to learn more and meet others following the same path.

In the early days of this method, people often got some pretty remarkable results from simply restricting their diet to only brown rice and maybe a little bit of soup for 10 days. But with later generations, who had been vaccinated, taken antibiotics from a young age, and then went wild with pot, hash, amphetamines and LSD, this method did not seem to work as well. Sometimes with horrible results.

These more beleaguered bodies did not respond the same as the bodies of earlier generations. It took a while before it was figured out that younger people had to follow a slower path to achieve good results. Each person, and each generation is different. Some can get good results quickly, others have to move much more gradually. A good counselor understands this and will make recommendations with this in mind. Sometimes a person has to continue taking medications while they slowly build up their underlying strength with wholesome foods. Each person has to learn how their own body responds. A person has to be practical, to follow the path that works for them, rather than believing in some rigid idea printed in a book, or nowadays, on the internet.

So true.

Hi pinkspectre,

I love your post, i'm also doing a lot of research about nutrition. I have read, seen and heard many papers and films about healing diabetes and cancer with proper nutrition. Going all vegan can make turn back diabetes and in some cases even some types of cancer. Even tho I love meat, I know that it is not good to consume a large dosis of it, and that this can lead to different diseases.

Any way, good post! Love to read more.

Having a support group seem like it would be helpful. I think nowadays there are also a lot more contaminants in foods as well just in general. Like I was told that a lot of rice has trace amounts of arsenic in it. I dont actually know if that's true but with all of the pesticides and chemicals in foods nowadays it's just not the same as a few decades ago

Diet and nutrition can do wonders for combating diseases. Build up that immune system! Joining a support group is great advice for helping stay on track. Good one!

Very interesting information. As I stated in my last comment I know there are a lot of stuff out there that they associate with causing cancer. I have never looked at it from the side of what can I eat to help me once a diagnosis has been established. I am not perfect but I try to be a little more careful what I put in my body now that I am a survivor. You will never take my grilled pork or red meat away though.

Funny, the post I'm publishing tomorrow is about food, Dad and cancer. You're right about people following the path that works for them instead of trusting the internet. Good food can only be supportive and nurturing though.
