I am just sharing my experience. I was earlier over weight. I have lost a decent amount of weight approximately around 20kg. I have gone through a lot during this time. I have lost weight and added weight also during the same time. So here are my few findings for which we are not able to lose weight.
- Adequate water:- As we all know that our body comprises 70% of body weight. Water plays a crucial role in maintaining body weight as it increases the metabolism rate of body and also stops the craving for food. There are many time we feel that we r hungry but we are not actually hungry it is the demand of water from our body. So we need to drink adequate water inorder to lose weight.
- Drinking and smoking:- we all know that drinking and smoking is injurious to health. But when it comes to weight lose it is very important to understand that how drinking and smoking can have adverse effect on your weight lose programme. As these habit directly impact your metabolism whether you want to lose weight to increase weight. Because alcohol contains acids which directly impacts the metabolism.
- No rest during exercise:- Sometime it happens that we get so involved in the weight lose programme that we forget to take rest. We keep on exercising but we to understand that our body needs equal rest in order to repair our muscles. And we need to take atleast 7-8 hours of sleep so that our metabolism increases and helps to reduce our weight. And we should only exercise 5 days a week if we are doing weight exercise or gym and we are doing moderate exercise then we can continue for 6 days.
- Diet:- The most important part of the weight lose programme is the diet. Nower days we all are looking for ready to eat foot which are most high in calories like pizza,hotdog,burger etc. We need follow one rule for weight lose is calorie intake should be less than or equal to calorie output. Many people says that we need to go dieting for weight lose and then means no food. It is not like that dieting means best diet option helathy for body. Add more pulses and Vegetables in your diet and reduces the carbohydrate part like roti, bread etc.
