What Exactly Is Physical Health, and Does Natural Health Result in Natural Everything?
Let's begin by defining optimal health broadly. "Health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, not just the absence of disease or disability," said the WHO (World Health Organization) in 1948.
If this is the case, what exactly is physical health, and does having exceptional health automatically indicate that "anything natural" is desirable, especially when it comes to food?
What does it mean to be in good physical condition?
Does something like that exist?
Using the WHO's definition of health as it relates to physical health, is it fair to say that even if everything is working as it should and we don't have any sickness or weakness, that doesn't mean we're in good physical shape?
What do you think?
I think there's more to staying healthy nowadays than what the eye can see.
On the other hand, I believe that since we are only guaranteed now, we should not take our health for granted. While you can, take advantage of it. I also think that our personal health plans are a big part of how healthy our bodies are.
In other words, everything depends on how effectively we take care of ourselves daily. The following is included in this:
Eating routines
Exercise routines or a lack thereof
Sleeping habits
Religious customs
Daily routine habits.
In a nutshell, what I'm trying to say is that all of the bullet points have an effect on our physical health without coming across as a pundit, expert, or zealot on any of the above, or that I am personally the definition of physical health, spiritual health, or anything else that resembles the definition of good health.
What do you believe?
It's crucial to maintain good health.
From one dictionary, the term "health" is defined as follows:
"The soundness and vitality of a person's body or mind: excellent health; ill health."
The ancient Roman poet Virgil declared that "health is the greatest wealth."
I totally agree with you, but I worry that people put too much emphasis on physical health, as if it were the only way to be healthy.
To me, being in excellent health means:
Physical
Mental
Emotional
A healthy spiritual life
Financial stability
All of these are affected, directly or indirectly, by how "sound and vital" we are in pursuing and maintaining these traits.
The fact that the word "wealth" is so closely associated with money and material prosperity worries me as well.
That is not to say that I don't think having a good financial and physical situation is important. Even though they don't contradict each other, they are both important parts of overall health.
What do you think about the situation?
Natural Substances
The "all-natural" craze, particularly when it comes to food, is one of the biggest marketing gimmicks ever. If it's not a scam, it's a joke.
It has no purpose!
Organic and all-natural items differ significantly from one another. Don't confuse the two; don't believe the false information that leads you to think they are interchangeable. Not at all.
At least in terms of food, organic is strictly controlled. Actually, it's important. Just because something is organic doesn't necessarily mean it's healthy, so keep that in mind.
Many different items might be referred to as all-natural. There are no laws governing the food we consume. It has a rather misleading tag.
Do not be fooled. Not that you shouldn't have fun with it, mind you. Not that going natural completely is a bad idea. I'm merely asserting that it is essentially the most pointless phrase ever. There isn't much depth to it.
PRAKUZO'S FORMULA
For me, it all boils down to a few fundamental ideas and tenets, starting with:
Honesty
Respect
Outstanding Effort
These are really essential. They should always be used because they are free.
The 5 factors are listed below.
Food is anything we consume—not simply what we eat—physically, cognitively, emotionally, or spiritually. If we are what we eat, then this says it all.
All five of the aforementioned bullet points make up fitness.
Finances: Affects the first two and influences the third and fourth.
The accomplishment of every bullet item on the list constitutes fulfillment.
Sometimes, the importance of how enjoyment affects and is affected by health is overlooked.
To sum up, all of the aforementioned factors are important, but striking the appropriate balance is key. I think that too many of us are just out of balance. The concept of a global balancing act is also untrue.
Here is a final quotation from the late, great Redd Foxx:
"Health freaks will feel stupid someday when they're lying in hospitals dying of nothing."
