I agree regarding shopping around the edges of the grocery store and cutting sugar out of your diet. I have been doing a lot of research on diet and health for the past 5 years and it seems that the many of the chronic diseases that people are suffering from can be helped by cutting out sugar, flour and processed foods. Soy and corn are also problematic foods because of the how they are grown and processed. The hardest part is getting people to change their habits, prepare their own foods and to appreciate feeling better as opposed to grabbing the convenience foods. Thanks for posting.
