Improved Brain Function, Treating Cancer, Arthritis, Alzheimers, Diabetes and Heart Disease and More...
Turmeric is a spice mainly found in Indian cuisine i'm sure most of you know the one i'm talking about, the orange one that's delicious, In this article I'll tune you into the benefits, conditions it can be used to treat, and taking extracts to make it more potent or as my little bro says, "dank"
The Nutrient Profile of Turmeric and Getting the Best Effect:
Protein, Fiber, Niacin(B3), Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Potassium, Calcium, Copper, Iron, Magnesium and Zinc. (Done two articles on the latter two, check em out!)
The recent studies have shown that the best effects come from the Curcuminoids found in the root. Much like how we find Cannibinoids in Marijuana. Curcuminoids found in turmeric give turmeric its medicinal value, It's best to take a curcumin extract or a concentrated turmeric supplement (Preferred as it is more holistic) instead of just using turmeric as a spice more often, as the content is quite low unless you are consuming it at least 4-5 times a week. There are numerous products on the market that concentrate the root to get the best effect out of it. Turns it into some pretty powerful medicine.
Here's the Benefits:
- Curcumin is an extremely potent natural anti-inflammatory, 99% of all disease is caused by inflammation
- Turmeric Dramatically Increases the Antioxidant Capacity of the Body
- Curcumin Boosts Brain Derived Neurotrophic Factor, Linked to Improved Brain Function and a Lower Risk of Brain Diseases
- Curcumin Leads to Various Improvements That Should Lower Your Rise of Heart Disease
- Turmeric can Help Prevent and Treat Cancer
- Turmeric Can Help Prevent and Treat Alzheimers
- Turmeric Can Help and Prevent Arthritis while helping with Joints and Joint Pain
