How to Prevent Wrinkles:

THERE ARE MANY WAYS TO PROTECT YOUR SKIN FROM UPCOMING OR ONGOING WRINKLES WHICH CAN DRAMATICALLY IMPROVE YOUR SKIN APPEARANCE

1:.PROTECTION FROM RADIATIONS:

Most crucial aspect of living a wrinkle free life is protection from radiation and main source of radiation is Sun. One must find a way to get protection from sun rays. Now the thing is how to get this most needed protection from Sun rays.
Spend minimum time in direct Sun light which directly hovers your face, when required use Sun screen lotion or medicated creams. use of Sun screen lotion can be repeated after two hours.
American Academy of Dermatologists recommends use of SPF of 30 or more for Sun screen lotion for purpose of skin protection.

2:.Use of High Density Moisturizers:
Dry skin can damage skin cells, resulting in appearance of wrinkles. By regular use of moisturizer on skin can delay in wrinkles appearance.

3:.Get your Micro-Vitamins:
There are researches that prove that if you are taking healthy diet which contain all essential vitamins, your skin will be healthier than ever. Studies have shown that it also improves chances of premature wrinkles appearance.

4:.Say NO to Smoking-Active/Passive:
Smoking can leads to premature appearance of Wrinkles on your skin, which can easily be avoided by saying NO TO SMOKING.
Even without smoking yourself, still you can get your skin damaged by living or sitting in environment containing smoke.

Some sun is good for Vitamin D3 but I do think it's better to take a supplement rather than staying out in the sun too long. Or at least using plenty of sunscreen. It's not worth getting a tan to damage your skin and increase your chances of getting cancer.
