Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 and a half teaspoonful of maple honey (or bee, dates or the amount you prefer of your favorite sweetener)
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla essence
  • 1/4 teaspoonful of salt to enhance the flavor.
  • half a cup. of cinnamon.

Preparation:

  • Wash and strain the cup of oatmeal. After that, put the oatmeal in a bowl and let it soak in water for at least 20 minutes (you can leave it overnight if you want). Then rinse and strain the oat flakes again.

  • Next, transfer the oats to the blender, add the 3 cups of water (600 ml). Liquefy. It is not necessary to spray oats. Then, a fine sieve should be placed on a bowl. The preparation of the blender is poured, trying to obtain as much liquid as possible in the bowl. It is recommended to strain 2 times.

  • Once ready, we pass the liquid from the bowl to the blender and discard the rest. Here we incorporate the other ingredients. And blend again until everything is well incorporated. Bottling and enjoying. Keep refrigerated.
    It is normal for the preparation to separate in the resting state. Before you consume it you just have to shake it well.
