Health App: Headspace - Meditation and Mindfulness Made Simple

Do you sometimes feel stressed, overwhelmed, or even depressed? Do you sometimes have difficulty concentrating?

Then I can totally recommend the Headspace. I am using this app for a year now on IOS and it has greatly improved my quality of life, has helped me become more focused, creative, productive, and aware.

You can set up how much time you want to meditate each day (e.g. 3, 5, 10, or 20 minutes) and the app sends you a reminder. Founder Andy Puddicombe's voice then guides you through the meditation.

You usually start with the basics pack to learn the foundation of meditation, such as focusing on the breath, scanning through the body, not chasing thoughts, visualization, etc.

You can then continue with advanced packs for specific needs, such as focus, stress, anxiety, etc.
