How to overcome morning laziness in a very busy schedule

Some of the steps that will help you overcome laziness in the morning and the worst thing when you have bery busy schedule

1.Motivate yourself :
As long as you cone in the reality after long dream with the help of alarm just take 1 minute and just have some self talk that motivates you or have some simple slogans like ‘ hard day but i am more harder’ , ‘i can do it easily’ and many others.

2.Clean and tidy room :
Cleaniness always gives you energy and all the positive vibes so it will be better if you clean your room very good before going to bed that will improve your morning and will give you tons of energy.

3.Set Goals and think of all the benefits :
Always be organized and know the overview of what you are doing and where are you and set small goals to overcome the big one and focus on small ones rather than big one which demotivates you and think of all the benefits even may be small that you will get after you achive those small goals.

4.Most important DIET (NO SUGAR) :
The main problem for laziness in the morning even after geting up from bed is our diet most of us take Tea or coffee as our breakfast which gives you energy but for very short period of time and which is even not good for health so what is the best thing to have in morning ...... while you are empty stomach its very good to have some fruits 🍌 🍎 which contains a lot of fibre and will retain your enery for bery long and at the same time this will also make you feel fresh.
