Thanks for the tip..indeed, i believe to achieve a slimmer, fit and healthier you,needed is, self discipline...eat in moderation,shall we say, little of everything esp in our food intake.. True, that its tiresome to do exercise but its needed..thanks for inspiring . there is really hope in everything
