An important part of the body is the kidney or kidney.In six weeks of birth, kidney transplantation is fully made.Kidney can start working full-time.An adult person has around 10-12 lakh strains per kidney, which purifies 170 liters of blood every 24 hours and exposes one to three liters of body waste through urine.When this filter or refining work is interrupted, kidney disease is a problem. Besides, kidney control plays an important role in controlling blood pressure, helping in the formation of blood and making Vitamin 'D' effective. So it is important to take care of kidneys to maintain overall health of the body.

Let's know, five ways to keep kidne.......

1.Drink at least 7-8 glasses of water every day.

2.Never keep the urine down. It is susceptible to (infection)

3.Do not eat any medicines, especially painkiller drugs or any antibiotics without consulting the doctor.

4.If you are over forty years of age, you should check at least once a year for diabetes and blood pressure.Keep your diet under control if you have diabetes or blood pressure.

5.At least once a year, test the micro-album of piss.
