I discovered a good recipe , really easy to do if you don't like the taste of the oatmeal every morning .
it is very rich in fiber, magnesium, protein , slow digestable and really tasty !
You will need :
- 60 grams of oatmeal of course
-half scoop of Whey protein (chocolate whey)
-1 teaspoon of cacao powder
-chia seed + brown sesame or almonds
-sliced banana
-water ( the more water you add the more it will be liquid)
step 1: Add water to the oatmeal and put it for 1minute in the microwave
step 2 : Add some cacao powder , protein and chia+ sesame and mix it
step 3 : add some sliced banana to the top
