eggs are considered as a proper step to start the day aka breakfast. In addition to rich in essential nutrients such as proteins, riboflavin and selenium, eggs are also easily processed in various ways.

A study even mentioned that eating eggs every day can reduce cholesterol levels. In fact, egg yolks contain lecithin, which effectively suppresses cholesterol levels. One egg may contain 186 milligrams of cholesterol, but not to worry if you consume it regularly.

US Heart Association (American Heart Association) chimed, boiled eggs have 6.3 proteins that support the function of your immune system. But the cholesterol and fat content often decrease the nutritional value.
