Many of us are sitting for a long time. A normal posture of the human body is sitting in the office, sitting in the office, meeting with someone, reading a book at home, watching movies, and even using the vehicle. This does not mean that there is no health risk due to sitting. Unfortunately, working from a long time sitting on our daily routine has become a normal habit. Actually, a general office worker works in the office for 8-10 hours a day.

There are many types of health risks for a long time. For example: incurable waist pain, chest pain, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, decreasing performance, excessive fat growth etc.

Being able to sit in excess of the problems you may face:

Weight gain:

When the body weight control comes in front of you, it is not possible to lose hopeful calories as a result of some change of diet or exercise of some time. Because, it started after sitting and working in the office. That is why sitting and fats increase the complement of each other.

The cause of premature death:

According to the Healthline Newsletter, more than one million people have been observed to observe that the risk of premature death of those who have lived for a long time is 22 to 49%.

Cancer Risk:

Nowadays everything seems to cause cancer! Smoking, mobile phones, irregular medicines. But sit down? Yes, in the recent report of the American Institute of Cancer Research, it increases the risk of over-the-counter cancer.

According to the scholars, one should take breaks every 30 minutes in the work, take a walk and then go back to work again. The American Heart Association inspires that - 'Move more than sitting'. But this is not a complete guide, says the University of Columbia Department of Medicine.

They advise following some rules for salvation from this issue:

Stand regularly:

If you have been standing for a few minutes after standing for a few minutes, then the fear of physical harm will be reduced greatly. So one hour after work should stop standing for a few minutes.

Computer height rating:

While sitting, laptop or computer should be kept in parallel to the eyes or 10 degrees below the eye level. If not, then there is a severe pressure on the neck and back.

Walking time:

Those who have long been able to sit at work, should give 10 thousand steps in their day. It reduces the risk of physical harm.

Extreme Sports:

After working long hours, the body started to break from inside and outside. For this reason doctors advised two days a week to play a little bit. This increases the blood supply throughout the body.

Pomodra:

Pomodra Technique is very easy. After starting the work, set 25 minutes to stop stop. This 25 minutes can be done with a very heartful minute walk or light exercise. Then again work for 25 minutes.
