How I lost weight with NO exercising and dieting.

I am here sharing a story wherein I lost more than 10% of my body weight within 3 months without changing my diet. Trust me, being in India where there is a lot of fried food and sweets available and me myself got a big sweet tooth. There was just one change in my lifestyle and with my iphone as my guide(trust me, just a guide).

How I did it?

Well, I started my own web design and development work for which I was taking a lot of calls and all of a sudden I started walking when I used to be on calls. Just imagine, a 20 minute walk while you are speaking to someone on the call.

It suddenly became a habit for me. We have a park nearby and a round of it makes it about 1500 steps. With an average of 3 rounds. I was making about 45% of daily recommended 10 000 steps. I was getting more and more sunlight as well.

With more and more walk, I became more active, more focused and actually slimmer. My shirts are now lose and I am happy to a point where I am waiting for the weight to go back into the 60s instead of the almost 80 KG category.

Remember people, whenever you are on call, just stand up and start walking. It increases your metabolism, it increases your productivity and it improves your personality.
