When do they appear?

Between the origin of these attacks there are two theories:
One of them says that could be given by an excess of the neurotransmitter norepinephrine. It is a substance that produces a down regulation of postsynaptic adrenergic receptors.
The second theory, which is not exclusive of the first one, ensures that this type of attack originates because the neurotransmitter GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) is slowed down, causing the attacks to be triggered.
When this happens, the anxiety increases.

What is a panic attack?
According to science, these attacks are inherited from our ancestors. The organism of our ancestors prepared to attack or to flee.
These attacks are manifested by agitated breathing, accelerated reflexes, excessive sweating, and all this is reflected as a survival mechanism.
How to get rid of a panic attack?
When you are experiencing a problem like this, the first thing you should keep in mind is that you are not facing a real danger situation. These are the four points you have to remember to help you overcome a panic attack.
You will not die in a panic attack and you are not facing a tangible danger either.
Try to calm down and go to a quiet place. Wait and let the fear pass. Just accept it, but do not fight against it.
If you stop thinking about alarming things, fear will disappear on its own and you will not need anything else.
Breathe deeply.
Tense to then relax the muscles of the body: this way you will focus your mind on other things.
Once the moment in which the panic attack has occurred is over, you should try not to repeat this again. For this, do not forget that it is best to avoid stress. It is also recommended that you learn to relax. This happens to sleep well, rest enough hours, eat healthy and meditate. Periodically visit the doctor to check the real state of your health and try to understand the nature of panic attacks. This way you will know how to treat them with intelligence and not with feelings. It would also be advisable to avoid products such as caffeine or yohimbine, since they could trigger anxiety attacks or panic attacks in people with physical predisposition to it.
