A great smootie recipe that i use atleast twice a week. Its really great and nutritious breakfast.
What does in the smootie :
Plain yogurt
Berries such as blackberries, Strawberries or blueberries
Spinach - finally chopped
Any fruit such as banana, apricot, peachs etc
I find the smootie really easy and fulling. The key to making an excellent smootie is just to be creative.
