Candida which causes fungal disease is a kind of yeast. As long as your immune system is strong, it will be easier to deal with fungal disease. Here are effective herbal treatment methods against all kinds of fungal diseases in the body

Garlic

Garlic has antifungal, antiviral, antibacterial and antiparasitic effects on a wide range of microorganisms, which we can gather under the title of antibiotics. It contains a total of 33 different organosulphures that open a strong war against the candidate.

Use of garlic against fungal disease:

If you consume garlic raw against fungal disease, you will get results sooner. You can add 2 or 3 garlic cucumbers or meals every day. If you are not used to the taste of raw garlic yet, knead it with garlic and try to eat it.

Vegetables

If you have fungal disease, you should avoid vegetables with high starch such as carrots, radishes, beets, potatoes and sweet potatoes. Instead of these foods, prefer fresh organic vegetables with boiled starch such as broccoli, cauliflower and asparagus with lower starch. Remember, the more sugary things you consume, the more you will gain speed in the formation of mushrooms.

Apple Circle

The antifungal property of the apple cirque is due to the acid and other enzymes in it. In addition, potassium, calcium,
iron and magnesium minerals because it is very rich in terms of strengthening the body's immune system will facilitate the passage of fungal disease.

Use of apple circles against fungal disease:

  • Mix 1 or 2 tablespoons apple cider every day with a glass of water.
  • Two times a day to prepare this mixture.

If you are not so accustomed to apple croquet, you can start with a soup spoon and take it out in half. Apple circles are inherently acidic. Do not consume more than this amount. And to absolutely dilute it with water.

Fermented Dairy products

Milk products fermented with lactic acid bacteria are a very good probiotic source. Milk products such as buttermilk, yogurt, cheese, kefir support the body against fungal disease by increasing the population of beneficial microbes.

Flax and Chia seeds

Polyphenols found in flax seeds and chia seeds provide resistance to fungal disease by supporting the growth of probiotics.

You can consume flax seeds and chia seeds in salads or in yogurt.
