Its aggressive but benign tumour..

C/F:
,more occour in 20-40 years
,site:knee@distal redius
,gradually pain increase
,pathological fracture
,Dull aching pain
,tender on firm palpitation

IX:

rediology:

,MRI:to detect other cause

RX:
,excision of part of bone @complete remove the tumour
Curettage followed by packing with bone graft
,amputation
Rediotheraphy
