My Transition to Health and Curing Depression

I'd like to share the transformation I've gone through this month.

I now realise that I've suffered from depression my entire life.

2 months ago I returned from managing an off-grid permaculture designed homestead for 8 months and came straight back into my 'normal' cultural lifestyle of near constant celebratory meat-eating and alcohol-drinking.

After a few weeks of this my depression became so deep, my body was weak and full of pain, my eyesight had deteriorated and my thoughts became so negative as to rob me of any hope for a future.

As I hit rock bottom I was fortunate enough to come across life-saving knowledge courtesy of Jeff Berwick. This is what I ended up doing...

First I fasted. The first day I ate nothing and drank hot water with lemon. If I felt I needed energy I would add honey/ginger.
On day 2 at 10am I ended up at Melissa's Cafe and I had a creamy fruity breakfast smoothie. Crappy. Then at 2pm I had a variety of fruits: Orange, banana, handful of dates, grapes, blueberries. That evening I pan fried kale and green beans in olive oil with salt & pepper.

I realise now that those greens had a powerful alkalising effect on my stomach. As my stomach and overall system became more alkaline, I enjoyed my 2pm fruit more and more.

After 3 days I no longer felt like eating the greens at night, the afternoon fruit was sufficient. I no longer felt any hunger pains. In fact, all the pain throughout my body began to dissolve. I had so much energy. My vision became clearer all of a sudden with no effort (I've been doing eye exercises for 3 years) and my depression disappeared without a trace.

I became connected to life again. Connected to God.

We spend our lives being conditioned to consume dead things. Dead flesh and dead grains.

Fruit is living energy. When your body is in the right state to process it, there is no better food.

Let thy food be thy medicine.
