Shock the muscle

Scare your muscles because otherwise they will get used to your rhythm and then they will become lazy.

Well, my muscles are already cramming at the thought of going to the gym!
So that has already been achieved!

Without craziness

It did not go well today. I already had trouble going to the gym. But once there I was quickly disturbed by work.

That went right into my head making every exercise difficult.

As good and as bad as it went I tried to do as many exercises as possible. But that did not help.

Once on the treadmill my head said, do not be so crazy!

I looked drowsy around me and discovered a red button! A button that I had not noticed until this day. a stop button!

At any moment of doubt, I pressed the button. Abort!

This is not the day to exercise. Ok I accept that and start again Sunday!

I just relaxed a bit before going home when I discovered this annoying happy face just right above me...
