My fight fat challenge - Making a different start

Oh, look, it's nice weather ...!

I have not been able to pick up the rhythm to go to the Gym until now. Yesterday before I went to bed, I put my sports bag ready.

I had to go to the Gym this morning and nothing would stop me.

But because I woke up a little later with still fresh reluctance I was not able to push ahead.

Afin, first a cup of coffee, and whatever happens, I go to the gym !!!

Until ...

We are three at the breakfast table, my wife, myself and my daughter.

My wife asks what are we going to do today? And my daughter says: "WALKING!"

Whereupon I looked outside and for the first time after a long time saw the sun rays shining through our window.

For me 2 options ...

There are 2 options, 1 is to exercise in a gritty and dusty gym and to look outside.

OR

Going with my family to a beautiful wooded area to take a long walk in nature. And so also to come to my necessary movement by walking.

And do not forget to inhale the necessary fresh air is of underestimated importance!

Outdoor is always good!

Going outside is always better. We are already languishing every day.

So the Gym has moved up to a later day, hopefully Tuesday, but I'm glad we made this choice today!

BEAST MODE ALMOST FIXED!

Totally the right choice i think. I haven’t found my way to the gym eather, tomorrow i will.😉 Being a restaurant owner, i don’t have a lot of free moments to spend with my family so i would have made the same choice! Enjoy your day.

They say walking burns more calories than running. I don't know who "they" is, but I like it.

There is a third option. Tell your family to accompany you to the gym and exercise with you.
