I still manage!

Today I was in a practically empty gym. I had left the work a little earlier to work out. My mindset is currently so nice! I can not believe that this is already the 3rd week that I am doing this. Today a small update.

Little by little

My clothes are starting to get a little bit looser. I notice that my body is adjusting. Even though it is little progress, I am already very happy with it!

Is this really hunger?

For months, if not years, I have not had a feeling of hunger. I have eaten so little every day that my body was surviving. That's why I was never hungry and I always thought I was eating too much. By adjusting my lifestyle of the past few weeks I now know better! Man, I was hungry after exercise!

I remain motivated! It is gradually changing into my daily routine.

Fellow Steemians, have the best day! And don't forget, Life is for living!
