The turd is out

Man oh man, what a difficult delivery this was! Just to motivate myself to go to the Gym cost me as much energy as actually going to the Gym!

But, I did it! The first training is already behind us.

New schedule

My personal trainer had a new schedule ready for me. But because I've been a while ago, we decided to keep my old schedule one more time.

Incomprehensible

I do not understand why it took me so much effort to go.

Now that I have finished I feel myself much fitter than before!

The next one has already been planned

I'll be back next Friday. I want to get right into the rhythm of going to the Gym 3 times a week.

Something to celebrate

Because I am not of stone I want to celebrate every victory ...

I think I deserve 1 glass of wine.

After you worked hard, that glass is well deserved! I also find once you get a solid schedule or fixed days of going to the gym, it’s less hard to stick to it. Planning ahead always helps me.

In my mind, it is already carved in stone! So 3 times a week it is!
