Lack of sleep

Yesterday we had friends over till late in the night. Obviously that was great fun but also exhausting in relation to going to the Gym.

To be frank, it was hard to motivate me to go to the Gym this morning. But as always, Eventually when I managed to go, afterwards I feel delighted!

Workout was hard

Because of little sleep, it couldn't be the wine could it(?), workout was hard.

It felt mostly like if I had lost all the power I had before. But that didn't stop me from following my workout schedule.

Every time I have to find the right mindset to go. I think I'll go with this one for a while:

Do, there is no try!

So now at home, I have to do nothing anymore, except enjoying a nice meal and some drinks.

BEAST MODE IS ON (-ish)!

Sometimes it just takes a lot to get going and sometimes a kick start just isn't enough...especially when your bed is calling out your name.
