My fight fat challenge - Week #5 Post #1

Week 5 already

I am amazed myself. Week 5 has started! And I have not missed a workout yet. I still manage to train 3 times a week. So for the people who think they can not do this ... if I can, you can do it too!

Drink enough water

I normally never drink enough water during the day. But by training, I notice that I am getting very thirsty. I easily empty 3 water bottles with water every workout. Only this time I forgot my bottle so the people behind the bar were kind enough to give me a large glass of water that I could refill myself every time.

Round off with the treadmill

At the end of the workout, I always step on the treadmill. There I can just walk out the lazy sweat before I go home. Until the next!
