The 1st time a workout missed
Today I woke up with a headache at 7 o'clock in the morning. Quickly I took an aspirin to lower the headache and I immediately ducked back into the bed. The positive is that my headache soon went away and I fell asleep again. The result was that I woke up again at 11:04. With again a small annoying headache. Because of this headache and time of day (the gym closes at 1 o'clock in the afternoon), and my workout takes at least 1,5 hours without traveltime, it was not possible to do sports today.
It feels like failure
Because I had not yet missed a workout so far, it feels crazy enough as a failure. I do not like this feeling and I never thought I would ever get this feeling around missing a workout. I try to accept it today. I am motivated enough to catch up on this day. Tomorrow AND the day after tomorrow I go to the gym. I'll keep you informed!
My desire to change is greater than my desire to stay the same!

Damn, I woke up at 11 am myself. I know the feeling. I feels sometimes that you're wasting time or something. But, it's f...ing Sunday, we deserve a day off.
