Omad day 18 - adding magnesium

I just had a delicious meal! See for yourself!

Aside from the fact that this way of living is easily to maintain, I also feel some cramps during the evening. Mostly after dinner just before sleeping.

I have read about it and it is quite common when adopting this lifestyle. It is also very easy to avoid the cramps. Just add magnesium pills to my diet and that should do the trick.
