Let me show you the best 2 routines I have ever used to get fast, effective fat loss from the abs, revealing a smoking hot six pack.
The first has to do with interval training. It is called HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training.
It goes like this:
- Pick an activity you like - swimming, running, biking, boxing, ice skating, hill climbs etc
- Warm up and stretch
- Do the activity for 1 minute for warm up
- Do 30 seconds of intense work e.g. full force punches, sprinting, full speed swimming etc.
- Go back to 1 minute of cruising.
Rinse and repeat for about 20 minutes a day.
The next is a full body workout at the gym to stimulate lean muscle all over your body, lose fat and help get you to your goals asap!
This is the type of routine you should be doing:
Squats - 3x 8
Dead lifts - 3x 8
Shoulder barbell press - 3x 8
Bent over rows - 3x 8
Incline crunches - 3x 8
Bench presses - 3x 8
If you can follow these two routines you will get the best of both worlds. Intense fat burning, lean muscle and a sexy six pack.
