So I know in most areas of the world right now is freezing but out here in sunny San Diego, California it's 85 degrees!!! I wanted to share a what I eat in a day as a vegan during a bbq!

We aren't vegan but we have substantially cut down our meat intake in an attempt to eat healthier. We both had our concerns but the results have been very nice. No intention to go vegan but we do appreciate the healthier diet and cooking info :-)
