Valerian against anxiety

Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) is the great traditional herbal remedy. In adequate doses and systematic treatments, it combats mild anxiety, stress and insomnia. Reduces tachycardia and nervous irritability, and relieves gastrointestinal spasms of nervous origin, so frequent in travel.

For medicinal purposes the roots are used. To travel, the most practical thing is to take it in the form of capsules or tablets, from 3 to 6 a day.

Ashwagandha for long and stressful trips

The ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is also known as Indian ginseng. In fact, it is an essential plant in the phytotherapy of India, but it is found naturally on the Mediterranean coast.

Eleutherococcus (Eleuterococus senticosus), a Siberian plant, is an excellent ally to fight stress.

It has adaptogenic properties that raise the level of resistance in situations of tension, weakness and physical and mental exhaustion.

You can take it in the travel kit in the form of tablets or capsules. They are taken from 3 to 6 daily, according to the needs.
