Smoking and excessive consumption of alcohol increases acidity, so avoid them.
Do not eat soda-containing cold drinks and caffeine. Instead it is better to use herbal tea.
Eat homemade food only
Avoid eating outdoors as soon as possible.
There may also be acidity by having more interval of two-times food.
Keep eating in small amounts for a short period of time.
Do not use pickle, spicy sauce and vinegar.
