So Operation "Keep Sarah Healthy" has finished, but it doesn't end here. No chance. I'm on a roll to keep going, finding tips, creating goals and generally falling in love with myself all over again.
So a blog a day is going to keep the doctor away. Hopefully.
My overall aim:
To feel good and look good, doing what I enjoy.
My smaller aims are to:
- Lose a stone (already lost 6 pounds on Operation Keep Sarah Healthy)
- Experiment with beauty regimes
- Eat healthy and continue to cook more
- Exercise.....exercise....exercise
